We will continue to following strict guidelines for deep cleaning every changeover Cleaning products will be available for you to use during your stay with us although please feel free to bring your own. The extra cleaning takes extra time so please be patient with us if we ask you to delay your arrival time if absolutely necessary, we also ask you for your understanding with our strict departure time so that we can commence with cleaning.
You will be asked to place your used linen into plastic bags on your departure and to be thorough in wiping hard surfaces down with the anti-bacterial products left in the cottage to help protect our super staff.
We do ask that if you start to feel unwell during your holiday that you make your way home immediately.
Our grounds are large so keeping a distance from other guests should not be a problem
Our cancellation policy remains as per our booking conditions that can be found on our web site so please check with your travel insurance provider with reference to refunds.
